Industrial Engagement Committee Panel Discussion – Achieving Success in IndustryThe transition from Academia to Industry and long-term Industrial success often poses new and unique challenges. Recognition may not come from publications or grant funding, but rather accelerating delivery on a project that nets the business cost savings. Tying personnel contributions to project deliverables and cost savings is one mechanism that industry recognizes the accomplishments of Scientist and Engineers. This panel discussion with Industry will explore how to market yourself, adjust to a new corporate culture, personnel and corporate growth, and become a recognized leader. |
